Illegal Aliens and Visa Overstays

What if I am illegal alien or overstayed my visa?

Illegal immigration is a serious problem requiring an immigration attorney to solve. Even then, it may not be possible for you to obtain a Green Card. Illegal immigration problems and overstays or out of status problems with the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (known as INS) can result in your deportation and being barred from entering the U.S for 3, 5 or 10 years.

If you are an illegal alien because you entered the U.S. illegally, DO NOT contact the USCIS or you may face deportation and possibly jail time.

If you are an illegal alien because you came to the U.S. legally on a visa, but your visa is no longer valid (you have overstayed your visit) or your visa is about to expire, DO NOT contact the INS.

Be safe. Call us at 858-375-4566 or Contact us and we will be glad to talk with you. We can determine whether it is possible to obtain a Green Card for you legally, safely, and with the minimum amount of risks. We do not charge for phone calls and all of your calls are treated Confidentially.

We have had clients try all sorts of ways to get around immigration laws or cut corners with the USCIS. The USCIS has the ability to discover the problem, prosecute, and deport both illegal aliens and Green Card holders, even if the Green Card was obtained years ago.

Others have made innocent mistakes during the application process. Whether the mistakes you make are innocent enough or not, an improperly filed Green Card petition or application can result in delays and can cause you to be barred from entering the U.S. for up to ten years. These are problems a qualified immigration attorney will know how to fix, but someone who is inexperience will only make worse.

Do not take chances with illegal immigration, call or Contact us.
